Chef de Rang

We are looking to recruit a professional Chef De Rang to compliment our existing teamin Dartmouth. The basic function of the role is to assist the Head Waiter’s team in maintaining our superior standards in terms of food and quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests are treated with an efficient, friendly and courteous service. Your role will involve ensuring Mise en Place and preparation of restaurant and bar room area, running and supervising Commis de Rangs. Always courteous with excellent presentation and knowledge of our products you will be keen to develop your experience in a renowned Michelin star environment. Barman/Chef de Rang

We are looking for a chef de rang with bar experience to prepare drinks and cocktails for our beautiful cocktail lounge on the second floor overlooking the river. In quieter periods you will be required to help in the restaurant.
